Attorney Gayla Austin of Cheyenne, WY; lying loser

The state of Wyoming presented Gayla Kay Austin with a law license in 2002 after she graduated from the Willamette College of Law in Salem, Oregon

The Board of Professional Responsibility found Gayla guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with duty of candor to the court
• Improper disclosure of confidential client information in court filings
• Made false statements to the court about litigation involving her client

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wyoming Supreme Court punished Gayla by gifting her with a complimentary 60-day suspension of her law license and assessed investigative costs of $5,066.06.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Gayla fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on her self-serving website at www.gaylakaustin.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting her future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. August 2024), Gayla practices her so-called brand of law at 4808 Sapphire Street in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
