Attorney Denise Daniels of DC; ethical misfit

The District of Columbia presented Denise A. Daniels (DAD) with a law license in 1986 after she graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law. She also obtained a license to practice in Virginia in 1988 and Maryland in 1985.

The DC Bar Counsel found Denise of engaging in the following misconduct, all of which related to her representation of the Transportation Security Administration (TSC).

• Improperly communicated with two persons who were arrested at an airport for possessing a loaded firearm
• Knowingly failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Denise!)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to comply with DC Counsel Board order (Screw you, said Denise!)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Bar Counsel punished Denise by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. August 2024), Denise practices her so-called brand of law at 888 17^th Street in Washington, DC.
