Attorney Stacey Davenport of Chesterfield, VA; ethical dwarf

The state of Virginia presented Stacey Tharp Davenport with a law license in 2002 after she graduated from George Washington University Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Shalonda guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Stacey participated in the investigation and/or the prosecution of a criminal matter being tried to a jury when she improperly made an extrajudicial statement that a reasonable person would expect to be disseminated by means of public communication that she knew, or should have known, would have a substantial likelihood of interfering with the fairness of the jury trial.

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Stacey by gifting her with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. May 2024), Stacey practices her so-called brand of law with the Chesterfield County Commonwealth's Attorney Office in Chesterfield, Virginia.
