Judge Tracy Flood of Bremerton, WA; ethical troll

Unfortunately, the state of Washington provided Tracy S. Flood with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from Indiana University School of Law.  

The Washington Commission on Judicial Conduct found Tracy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Displayed an injudicious temperament toward counsel
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in disrespectful conduct towards a number of attorneys
• Engaged in disrespectful and demeaning treatment of court staff
• Failed to comply with the law (scofflaw)
• Failed to promote public confidence in the judiciary
• Failed to perform judicial and administrative duties, competently (moron)
• Failed to act patiently, dignified, and courteous to litigants, jurors, witnesses, lawyers, court staff, court officials, and others with whom he dealt with in an official capacity
• At least
• Tracy’s inability to retain staff has negatively affected the functioning of the court, resulting in such failures that include hearings not being properly set, cases not being timely docketed, alleged victims of domestic violence not being able to access the court to request lifting No-Contact Orders, and probationers not being monitored
• Failed to avoid impropriety and the appearance of impropriety

As we speak (ca. April 2024), Tracy continues to dispense his so-called idea of jurisprudence as a Bremerton Municipal Court Judge in Bremerton, Washington.

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Tracy by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court.
