Hocking County Ohio DA Ryan Black; disgusting pervert

The state of Ohio presented Ryan Black with a law license in 2018 after he graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Ryan guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Caught by his fiancé́ amid a sexual encounter with a county commissioner
• Engaged in “erratic” behavior often consisting of “screaming outbursts” and “refusal to speak to staff members for several days
• Made sexually charged comments to women working in his office
• Engaged in inappropriate sexual conduct with employees
• Frequently made inappropriate sexual comments” to court employee and about her to others
• Comments into lewd territory about her dress and how it made him want to perform sexual acts to her
• The court employee’s phone number was written inside a bathroom stall at the Hocking County Sheriff’s office and that everyone at the office should have it
• As part of this count, the new complaint includes details from one of the plaintiffs who filed the sexual harassment lawsuit and how she felt coerced by Black into a sexual relationship due to his position as her boss.
• In court employee’s sexual harassment lawsuit stated she felt coerced by Ryan into a sexual relationship due to his position as her boss

As is the case with many Attorney/Prosecutor Misfits, Ryan took the cowards way out by announcing his resignation as the Hocking County Prosecutor.

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Ryan by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.
