Former Judge Robert Kiesnowski Jr. of Brighton, CO; ethical troll

The State of Colorado provided Robert W. Kiesnowski Jr. with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the University of  Puget Sound School of Law.

The Colorado Commission on Judicial Discipline found Bobby guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in the unauthorized practice of law when he acted as the attorney for his brother-in-law, who was being interrogated by a criminal investigator as the suspect in a domestic violence incident
• Bobby attempted to undermine the credibility of the alleged domestic violence victim and influence the criminal investigation
• Abused his judicial position for the sake of furthering his brother-in-law’s interests
• Undermined his judicial office and the public’s confidence in the judiciary
• Remained defiant regarding his conduct in representing his brother-in-law
• Retaliated against a judicial assistant for testifying about his misconduct
• In his retaliation against the judicial assistant, Bobby forbade her from socializing with other staff 

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

Subsequently, Bobby did what any cowardly Judicial Misfit would do when facing the prospect of being barred from the bench, he resigned.

As we speak (ca. March 2024), it is rumored that Bobby has an application pending as a bathroom attendant at the Platinum 84 Strip Club at 84 85 Umatilla Street in Denver, Colorado.
