Former Judge Romeo Rabaca of Manila, moronic slacker

The Philippine Supreme Court provided Romeo Rabaca with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from the University of the Philippines School of Law.

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines found Romeo guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to dispense judicial duties competently (moron)
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to comply with bond requirements for party filing appeal of monetary judgment

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Republic of the Philippines Supreme Court punished Romeo by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 1-year suspension of his law license and issued a stern warning that similar conduct in the future would be dealt with more severely.

Romeo was also ordered to return the amounts P121,000.00 and $950.00 plus 6% interest through the time paid in full to his victims.

As we speak (ca. March 2024), Albert practices his so-called brand of law in Tagbilaran City, Philippines.
