Attorney John Huberty of Elk River, MN; convicted pedophile

The state of Minnesota presented John Michael Huberty with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Law.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Convicted of Criminal Sexual Conduct, third degree felony
• Victim of Johnny’s sexual crime was 13 to 15 years of age

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license and assessed him $900 in investigative costs.

As we speak (ca. March 2024), Johnny practices his so-called brand of law in Elk River, Minnesota.
