Attorney Walter Ciacci of Bronx, NY; ethical elf

The state of New York presented Walter Francis Ciacci with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Fordham University School of Law.

The Appellate Division Grievance Committee found Walt guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
  • Neglected client legal matter
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders on the Appellate Grievance Committee punished Walt by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Walt fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his website at www.dellamura-ciacci-law.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting their future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. March 2024), Wal practices his so-called brand of law in Bronx, New York.
