Attorney Thomas Gibson of Pahrump, NV; slacker, loser

The state of Nevada presented Thomas J. Gibson with a law license in 1900 after he graduated from Creighton University School of Law.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Tommy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in the unauthorized practice of law

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and assessed $1,500 in investigate costs.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Tommy fails to mention the above misconduct on his self-serving website at www.nyelegal.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. February 2024), Tommy practices his so-called brand of law Nye Legal PLLC at 1601 East Basin Avenue in Pahrump, Nevada.
