Judge Alfred Asiedu of Ghana; serial slacker

The Law Society of Ghana provided Alfred Kwabena Asiedu with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from Ghana School of Law.

The Judicial Conduct Tribunal found Judge Alfie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in his inappropriate conduct in the handling of a divorce case brought before him
• Abused the power of his judicial position
• Engaged in sexual exploitation
• Engaged in malicious prosecution due to Alfie causing the arrest and prosecution of a party appearing before him without justification
• Engaged in impropriety and/or the appearance of impropriety

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, Chief Justice, Gertrude Torkornoo ordered that Alfie be immediately removed from his judicial position.

As we speak, (ca. February 2024), it is rumored that Alfie has an application pending as a restroom attendant at the Club Phobia Gentleman’s Club next to the Ivorian Embassy at 18^th Lane in Accra, Ghana.
