Judge Lynette Montemayor of Roma, TX; ethical troll

The State Commission on Judicial Conduct found Lynette guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Starr County Grand Jury indicted Lynn for forgery, a third degree felony
• Provided false information on sworn affidavit in Starr County
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Lynette!)
• Brought discredit upon the judiciary
• Engaged in willful and persistent misconduct

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Lynn by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2024), Lynn practices her so-called brand of jurisprudence law as a Judge of the Escobares Municipal Court in Roma, Texas.
