Judge Jennifer Rogers of Wilkes-Barre, PA; ethical troll

The state of Pennsylvania provided Jennifer Rogers with a law license in 1974 after she graduated from Widener University School of Law.

FYI: Widener is ranked as the 168th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools.

In one matter, Chester County attorney Samuel L. Stratton has alleged that Jenny and her fellow judge Stevanie Salavantis (she’s presiding over the case), must remove themselves from a child custody case involving his client, Anthony Banta and Suzanne (Banta) Mattern.

Attorney Stratton makes the following allegations of misconduct involving Jenny.

• Evidence established that Jenny had inappropriate communications with one of the parties in the case
• After Ms. Mattern turned in a computer to Anthony Banta, he was chocked and dismayed to discover, there were numerous messages with domestic Administrative Judge Jennifer L. Rogers to Ms. Mattern instructing her on how to handle the case and suggesting the case would be improperly resolved
• The text messages between Jenny and Ms. Mattern were outrageous and clearly showed that Jenny was trying to influence the case and had promised to do so
• Jenny selected Ms. Mattern’s divorce attorney and reviewed and guided the formation of legal documents, including custody matters

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Jenny by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

As we speak, (ca. February 2024), Jenny continues to dispense her so-called idea of jurisprudence as a Luzerne County Court of Common Pleas Judge in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.
