Judge John Flynn of Bartow, FL; moronic scofflaw

The state of Florida presented John B. Flynn with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from Loyola University University School of Law in New Orleans.

The Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• During his campaign Johnny published inappropriate statements evincing an inappropriate bias in favor of law enforcement agencies or against people accused of crimes
• Johnny’s campaign created advertising rack cards that includes bullets highlighting, among other personal and professional achievements of his as an Assistant State Attorney, and his service as a victim advocate
• Johnny’s campaign created numerous fliers, advertisements, and posts on social media including statements that you “Support Law Enforcement,” you “Support our law enforcement agencies,” or
• other statements evincing bias in favor of supporting police or law enforcement
• Johnny’s campaign made repeated statements on social media that, “Criminals won’t be happy to see me on the bench”
• Failed to be faithful to the law (scofflaw)
• Failed to maintain professional competence in the law (moron)
• Failed to maintain the dignity appropriate to judicial office
• Failed to act in a manner consistent with the impartiality, integrity, and independence of the judiciary, Failed to encourage members of his family to adhere to the same standards of political conduct in support of the candidate as apply to the candidate

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2024), Johnny continues to dispense his so-called idea of jurisprudence as a County Judge for the 20th Judicial Circuit in Punta Gorda, Florida.
