Attorney Jennifer Towne of Lake Oswego, OR; ethical elf

The state of Oregon presented Jennifer N. Townewith a law license in 2001 after she graduated from Willamette University School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Jenny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Improperly communicated with person he knew to be represented by counsel
• Engaged in an obvious conflict of interest
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Violated her duties to avoid improper communications with an individual in the legal system
• Caused potential injury to her client due to conflict of interest

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Jenny by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2024), Jenny practices her so-called brand of law with T. Leo Law at 5000 Foothills Road in Lake Oswego, Oregon.
