Judge Martin Fallon of Kenai, AK; perjuring loser

The state of Alaska presented Martin Fallon with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from the University of Alaska School of Law.

FYI: Gov. Michael Dunleavy was duped into appointing Marty as a Third Judicial District Court at Kenai in December 2019. Marty didn’t receive the appointment because he was the most qualifed attorney in the greater Kenai area. He received it because he had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

The Alaska Commission on Judicial Conduct found Marty guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Submitted four pay affidavits between August and October 2022 stating that to be the best of his knowledge and belief, there were no matters pending before him that went undecided for a period of six months or longer
• During execution of four affidavits, Marty had failed to issue a ruling in a case that was pending for well over six months
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Undermined the integrity of the judiciary
• Engaged in impropriety or the appearance of impropriety

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alaska Supreme Court punished Marty by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, because Judicial Misfits in Alaska are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Martin was never criminally charged on four (4) counts of perjury.

As we speak (ca. January 2024), Marty continues to dispense his so-called brand of jurisprudence as a Third District Court Judge in Kenai, Alaska.
