Attorney John Ursin of Florham Park, NJ; ethical misfit

The state of New Jersey presented John E. Ursin with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from Rutgers University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conflict of interest
  • Represented both a client who owed back taxes and the government agency the taxes were owed to

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Johnny and his firm fail to disclose the misconduct aforementioned on their self-serving website at www.spsk.com.  Apparently, they chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients to assure they wouldn’t limit their future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. January 2024), Johnny practices his so-called brand of law with Schenck Price LLP at 220 Park Avenue in Florham Park, New Jersey.
