Attorney Eric Burkett of Palmer, AK; convicted criminal

The state of Ohio presented Eric Jordan Burkett with a law license in 2021 after he graduated from Ohio Northern University School of Law.

FYI:Ohio Northern University School of Law is ranked as the 161^st best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Eric guilty of engaging in the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was employed as an Assistant City Prosecutor a the Delaware City Attorney’s Office.  

• Charged with unauthorized use of property, fifth degree felony
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Pled guilty to attempted unauthorized use of property, first-degree misdemeanor
• Illegally used Ohio Law Enforcement Gateway to obtain privileged information about his wife and/or others regarding his ongoing divorce

The only thing remaining is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Eric the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.
