Attorney Scott Bissell of Washington Township, OH; ethical elf

The state of Ohio presented Scott David Bissell with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Scotty guilty of engaging in the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was employed as an assistant prosecutor at the Butler County Prosecutor’s Office.

• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Court of Appeals dismissed appeal for lack of prosecution
• After cutting off Ms. Stevens and while she was stopped at light behind him, she honked to let him know he had almost hit her car
• Scotty then approached Ms. Steven’s car and after she rolled down her window, he spit in her face
• Scotty’s spit landed inside Ms. Stevens’ mouth and on her face
• Taken aback by Scotty’s spitting in her face, Ms. Steven’s inadvertently took her foot off the brake and her car rolled into the back of Scotty’s car
• Scotty then told her she better have insurance and falsely told her was a police officer
• Found guilty of disorderly conduct

The only thing remaining is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Scotty by the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.
