Solicitor Thomas Williamson of Scotland; moronic loser

The Law Society presented Thomas Williamson with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the University of Glasgow School of Law.

The Scottish Solicitors’ Discipline Tribunal found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in professional misconduct
  • Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
  • Conduct certainly comprised more than inadequate professional service

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Discipline Tribunal punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary censure and imposed a fine of £3,000.

As we speak (ca. January 2024), Tommy practices his so-called brand of law at 14 Saint James Street in Paisley, Renfrewshire, Scotland.
