Attorney Jeffrey Gagie of Pewee Valley, KY; moronic cheater

The state of Kentucky presented Jeffrey M. Gagie with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the Western Michigan University Thomas Cooley School of Law.

FYI: Cooley is ranked as the worst or one of the worst law schools in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools. Proof of such a ranking is the fact that Donald Trump’s former attorney and fixer was none other than convicted felon Michael Cohen is a graduate of Cooley.

The Kalamazoo County Hearing Panel #4 found Jeff guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to abide by a client's decision to accept an offer of settlement
• Failed to keep a client reasonably informed about the status of a matter
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Failed to explain a matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation
• Failed to refund unearned retainer (cheater)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kentucky Supreme Court, punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and was assessed hinm with investigative costs in the amount of $2,127.75.

As we speak (ca. January 2024), Jeff practices his so-called brand of law in Pewee Valley, Kentucky.
