Solicitor David Quinn of New South Wales; slacker, loser

The Law Society presented David Edward Quinn with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Dalhousie University School of Law.

TheQueensland Civil and Administrative found Davey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory Professional Conduct
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2024), Davey practices his brand of law with The Law Office in Manly, New South Wales.
