Former Judge Kerry Evans of Ontario, CAN; disgusting pervert

The Ontario Judicial Council found Anna guilty of engaging in the following misconduct, all of which took place while she was employed as a Justice of the Peace in Thunder Bay.

The Judicial Conduct Board found Kerry guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• On a series of occasions Kerry would stand close to Ms. and would on occasion touch her while standing close to her
• Kerry’s actions made Ms. A feel uncomfortable and she twice asked him to step back
• Kerry called Ms. A at her home at 11:00 pm, there being no real reason for the call
• Kerry asked Ms. A if he woke her up, and she said yes, and he replied ““Well, now that you’re awake, you can have sex with your partner”
• Kerry put his hand towards Ms. A’s groin and toucher her there
• During swearing-in-ceremony of the Barrie Chief of Police attended by Ms. B, Kerry reached out his hand in what she thought was a greeting and touched Ms. B in her pubic area
• During a discussion with Ms. C in his chambers about gifts for Kerry’s wife, Ms. C. suggested her young cousin could provide the wife with a helicopter ride, which caused Kerry to place his open hand on her crotch, over her gown, and said words to the effect, “Well, I’d just hold a gun to him right here, then”
• Ms. H worked with Kerry at the courthouse, and while in his chambers he asked her to get him a drink from the fridge, and when she bent over to remove a drink, and attempted to stand up, Kerry was in front of her and grabbed her and began caressing her shoulders, chest and arms and stroking her breasts, saying, “I know you like this”
• On separate occasions, Kerry would call Ms. H into his chambers and begin massaging her shoulders and touching her breasts

Rather than wait for a decision that may well have led to him being tossed off the bench, Kerry did what any cowardly Judicial Misfit and/or Pervert would do, he retired from the bench.

As we speak (ca.March 2024), it is rumored that Kerry has an application pending for a job as a bathroom attendant at the Centerfolds Showbar at 801 Memorial Blvd in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada.
