Former Judge Wendy Baxter of Detroit, MI; ethical troll

The state of Michigan provided Wendy Baxter with a law license in 1979 after she graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.

The Judicial Tenure Commission found Wendy guilty of the following misconduct, all of which took place while she was employed as a 3^rd Circuit Court Judge in the Criminal Division.  

• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice e
• Failed to avoid impropriety or the appearance of impropriety
• Undermined the ability of the justice system to discover the truth of what took place in a legal controversy
• Engaged in unequal application of justice on the basis of race, color, ethnic background, gender, or religion
• Failed to avoid impropriety or the appearance of impropriety

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Wendy by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. December 2023), Wendy practices her so-called brand of law and/or dispenses her idea of jurisprudence as a Retired Judge, Facilitator/Mediator, Special Master, Discovery Master, ADR with the WinWin Facilitation PLLC at in Detroit, Michigan.
