Attorney Al Treacy of Snohomish, WA; ethical goblin

The State of Washington presented Al M. Treacy with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from Seattle University School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Al guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.  

• Engaged in an egregious conflict of interest
• In relation to his work as a prosecutor for the City of Marysville, Al admitted to engaging in an intimate relationship with a public defender who was representing parties adverse to the city of Marysville

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Al by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2023), Al practices his so-called brand of law at 13518 79th Avenue SE in Snohomish, Washington.
