Attorney Andrea Salinas of Toppenish, WA; ignoramus, loser

The State of Washington presented Andrea Salinas with a law license in 2008 after she graduated from Seattle University School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Andrea guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.  

• Failed to provide competent representation (ignoramus)
• Failed to communicate adequately with her client
• Failed to decline/terminate representation when required to so act
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to act fairly while dealing with opposing party/counsel
• Failed to act with candor toward a tribunal

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Andrea by gifting er with a complimentary 3-year suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2023), Anrea practices her so-called brand of law with the Yakama Nation Public Defender Legal Aid Services in Toppenish, Washington.
