Attorney Robert Wills of Middlesex, NJ; slacker, loser

The state of New Jersey presented Robert A. Wills with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Bobby guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to communicate with his client
  • Engaged in gross neglect of client matter
  • Failed to explain a matter to a client to the extent reasonably necessary
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. December 2023), Bobby practices his so-called brand of law with the Law Office of John J. Pisano at 123 North Union Avenue in Cranford, New Jersey.
