Judge Juan Jasso of Dallas; ethically deprived

The state of Texas provided Wallace Bowman with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from the University of Houston Law School.

In 1995 Juan succeeded in duping the voters in Dallas County into electing him as a Justice of the Peace

The Texas Judicial Commission found Juan guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Persistently failed to maintain and monitor his court docket
  2. Persistently failed to properly account for deposit monies collected by his court
  3. Repeatedly failed to timely file with the Office of Court Administration the monthly activity reports for his court as required by Texas law
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Juan by gifting him with complimentary admonition.

As we speak (July 2012) Juan continues to sit as a Justice of the Peace in Dallas County, Texas compliments of the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court.
