Attorney Darryl Blackmon of Mobile, AL; moronic slacker

The state of Alabama presented Darryl Tyrone Blackmon. with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from Southern University School of Law.

The Alabama State Bar Association found Darryl guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to return client calls, emails, text messages and his voicemail was continuously full
• Failed to appear in court on behalf of his clients
• Failed to answer calls from the Guardian Ad Litem representing clients 16-year-old granddaughter who suffered from epilepsy and other ailments
• Grandparent clients subsequently learned that Darryl the Moron had misfiled their matter in probate court when it should have been filed in the appropriate juvenile court
• Darryl’s incompetence caused the grandparent clients to incur additional expenses and delay of time to file in the juvenile court

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Darryl by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. November 2023), Darryl practices his so-called brand of law at 1905 Long Meadow Road in Mobile, Alabama.
