Attorney Michael Lambert of Athens, AL; cheating slacker

The state of Alabama and Tennessee presented Michael Clem Lambert with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from Samford University School of Law.

The Alabama State Bar Association found Mikey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Failed to communicate with his client
• Charged and/or attempted to collect an unreasonable fee (cheater)
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Divulged client confidential matters
• Failed to properly prosecute client matters
• Improperly altered a deed

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. November 2023), Mikey practices his so-called brand of law at 112 West Market Street in Athens, Alabama.
