Former Judge Alexander Williams III of Los Angeles, CA; bullying loser
The state of Iowa presented Alexander H. Williams III with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from University of Virginia School of Law.
FYI: Alex had his significant snout firmly planted in the public trough for thirty-eight (38) years before he retired from the bench, and has spent the following fifteen (15) years as a so-called mediator involved in private dispute resolution.
The California Commission on Judicial Performance found Alex guilty of engaging in the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was sitting as a Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge.
Alex made the following statements in a loud and bullying matter to attorney Gilberto Moreno and/or Rees Lloyd in the court hallway.
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Alex by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.
As we speak (ca. November 2023), Alex practices his so-called brand of law with ADR Services Inc. at 1900 Avenue of the Stars in Los Angeles, California.
And lastly, Alex makes no mention of the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.judgealsexanderwilliams.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal this highly relevant information for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Alex by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.
As we speak (ca. December 2023), Alex practices his so-called brand of law with ADR Services Inc. at 1900 Avenue of the Stars in Los Angeles, California, wherein he bills at least $450 an hour for his services plus an additional nonrefundable administrative fee of $950.00.
In addition to the $450 an hour Alex charges, he also receives an annual judicial retirement from the State of California paying him $80,473.32 in 2012 and $100,333.78 in 2022.
