Attorney John Verner of Boston, MA; ethical gremlin

The state of Massachusetts presented John C. Verner with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from Boston College School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Marc guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Lacked candor when appearing before ethics investigators
• Attempted to deflect blame onto others
• Victims of misconduct were vulnerable
• Failed to comply with his responsibilities to ensure that the AGO complied with its ethical and constitutional obligations
• Failure to conduct himself appropriately caused catastrophic harm

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Marc by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his  law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2023), Johnny practices his so-called brand of law with the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office at 1 Bulfinch, Massachusetts.
