Attorney Luis Cuellar of Victoria, TX; cheating loser

The state of Texas presented Luis I. Cuellar with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law.

The District 11 Grievance Committee found Louie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to return unearned fees to several clients (cheater)
  • Failed to keep clients informed of status of matter
  • Neglected client matters
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Louie!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary 7-month suspension of his law license and assessed $1,000.00 in investigative costs. Louie was also ordered to pay $10,150.00 in restitution to of his prior clients (aka, victims).

As speak (ca. November 2023), Mark practices his so-called brand of law at 5606 North Navarro in Victoria, Texas.
