Former Judge John Gabriel Jr. of San Antonio, TX; biased loser

The state of Texas presented Johnny Gabriel Jr. with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from the University of Texas School of Law.

A complaint was filed by a party to a custody matter against Johnny for engaging in the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was a sitting 131st Judicial District Court judge.

  • Johnny biased in favor of custodial mother
  • Custodial mother repeatedly violated visitation orders
  • Custodial mother refused non-custodial dad court-ordered parenting time with his children
  • Johnny refused to enforce visitation order
  • Johnny allowed custodial mother to not inform the dad of the address where his children were living at or phone number they could be contacted at
  • Johnny has denied the dad the opportunity to properly defend himself in court and essentially deprived him of all parenting rights

As one would suspect, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Texas Commission on Judicial Conduct never took any action against Johnny for the alleged misconduct set forth above.

As we speak (ca. November 2023), Johnny practices his so-called brand of law at 100 Dolosora Avenue in San Antonio, Texas.
