► Attorney Benjamin Hanes of Menasha, WI; convicted pervert
The state of Wisconsin presented Benjamin Hanes with a law license in 2011 after he graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Law.
The Office of Lawyer Registration (OLR) found Benny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

Convicted of misdemeanor fourth-degree sexual assault

Benny’s criminal acts, which involved sexual contact without consent and behavior endangered the public and law officers

Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

Charged with second-degree recklessly endangering safety, fleeing/eluding an officer, all felonies

Charged with bail jumping, a felony

Benny was also charged with two misdemeanor counts: resisting/obstructing an officer and operating while revoked

Convicted of three felonies: second- degree recklessly endangering safety, fleeing/eluding an officer, and bail jumping

Benny was sentenced to one year in jail with six months of that time stayed, and three years of probation

After disobeying the sheriff's command to exit his car, Benny drove off and a high speed chase ensued When law enforcement finally cornered Benny, he tried to flee on foot; he was ultimately subdued by a Taser

Benny went for drinks with others and afterward the group returned to an apartment where a woman in the group fell asleep on a couch

While she was sleeping, Benny sexually assaulted her

After she woke up, Benny again assaulted her again
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Benny by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license and assessed investigative costs of $7,704.67.
As we speak (ca. November 2023), Benny practices his so-called brand of law with Ben Hanes Attorney at Law at 430 Ahnaip Street in Menasha, Wisconsin.
