Judge John Fairgrieve of Las Vegas, NV; slacker, loser

The State of Nevada provided John P Fairgrieve with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University Arkansas School of Law.

FYI: Former Gov. Jay Inslee was duped into appointing Johnny as a Clark County Superior Court Judge in 2015. Johnny didn’t receive the appointment because he was the most qualified attorney in the greater Las Vegas area. He received it because he had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

The Nevada Commissionon Judicial Discipline found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to issue timely decision in a civil matter
• Johnny issued decision in the case approximately one year after the matter was taken under advisement
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2023), Johnny continues to dispense his so-called brand of jurisprudence as a Clark County Superior Court Judge in Las Vegas, Nevada.
