Solicitor Jason Smith of New South Wales; ethical elf

The Law Society presented Jason Paul Smith with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from Dalhousie University School of Law.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative found Jason guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in unsatisfactory Professional Conduct
  • Breached an undertaking
  • Breached of Section 358 of the Legal Profession Act 2004

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Jason by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2023), Jason practices his brand of law with the Stacks Law Firm at 10-12 Short Street in Port Macquarie, New South Wales.
