Solicitor Lea Smith of New South Wales; ethical dwarf

The Law Society presented Lea Karen Smith with a law license in 1982 after she graduated from Dalhousie University School of Law.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative found Lea guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory Professional Conduct
• Mishandled client trust funds

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Lea by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand and imposed a fine of $2,000.00.

As we speak (ca. October 2023), Lea practices her brand of law at 38C William Street in Raymond Terrace, New South Wales.
