Judge Nadin Cutter of Las Vegas, NV; ignoramus, slacker

The State of California presented Wendy M. Harris with a law license in 2008 after she graduated from the University of Nevada School of Law.

The Nevada Commission on Judicial Discipline found Nadin guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to perform judicial duties competently (imbecile)
• Failed to act in manner promoting public confidence in the judiciary
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to render ruling in case for thirteen months after the trial had concluded and only after the defendant filed a motion demanding that she so act

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Nadin by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2013), Nadin continues to dispense her so-called brand of jurisprudence as an Eight Judicial District Court judge in Las Vegas, Nevada.
