Attorney Evan Byron of Pepper Pike, OH; lying slacker

The state of Ohio presented Evan Thomas Byron with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from Case Western University School of Law.

Disciplinary Counsel found Evan guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Made false statements to a tribunal
• Failed to advise presiding judge he was engaging in an ongoing relationship with a party in the case
• Knowingly made a false statement of material fact to a tribunal
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Evan by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Evan and his firm fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on their self-serving website atwww.kdlegal.com. Apparently, they decided to conceal this highly relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting their future victim pool.
