Judge Jennifer Nunnery of Batavia, NY; potty mouth loser

The state of New York provided Jennifer Nunnery with a law license in 2015 after she graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law.

The New York Commission on Judicial Conduct found Jenny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was employed as a Nassau County District Court Judge.

• Used profane, demeaning and otherwise inappropriate language
• Engaged in offensive and otherwise inappropriate behavior, both on matters related and unrelated to her role in the legal system
• Failed to uphold the integrity and independence of the judiciary
• Failed to maintain high\ standards of conduct so that the integrity and independence of the judiciary would
• be preserved
• Failed to avoid impropriety and the appearance of impropriety
• Failed to respect and comply with the law [scofflaw]
• Filed to act in a manner that promotes public confidence in the integrity and impartiality of the judiciary
• Failed to conduct her extra-judicial activities so as to minimize the risk of conflict with judicial obligations
• Failed to conduct her extra-judicial
• activities so they do not detract from the dignity of judicial office and are not incompatible with judicial office

Additionally, Jenny posted the following messages on her Facebook account.

• "Driving down the mean streets of Batavia after tanning and thought I recognized the ass of one of my favorite marines walking through the Tops parking Jot lo] @ It's been too long! Good to see ya, ya fucking boot!”
• "You know what's more therapeutic than shopping? Cross examining someone and being absolutely FUCKING AWESOME at ripping them apart on the stand like the baddest bitch there is! !!!! #ladyboss #bossbitch BAHAHAHA!.”
• "Omg everyone was so fucking hungover lol."
• "I remember drawing a dick on his face when he passed out on the plane lol."

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Conduct Commission punished Jenny by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. September 2023 Jenny practices her so-called idea of jurisprudence as a Justice of the Dairen Town Court and brand of law at 81 Main Street in Batavia, New York.
