Attorney George Bills Jr. of Pittsburgh, PA; cheating loser

The state of Pennsylvania provided George W. Bills Jr. with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from Widener University School of Law.

As one would suspect, this isn’t George’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in similar misconduct.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to communicate the basis or rate of his fee
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Failed to deposit fees into a trust account
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Failed to comply with client information requests
  • Failed to list business/operating account on Annual Fee Forms
  • Failed to return unearned fees (cheater)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished George by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2023), George practices his so-called brand of law at 437 Grant Street in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
