Attorney Ashley Moscarello of Mesa, AZ; ethical elf

The state of Arizona presented Ashley Moscarello with a law license in 2015 after she graduated from the University of Davis McGeorge School of Law. 

The Arizona State Bar found Ashley guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Filed misleading fee applications and affidavit forms
• Mislead courts into believing she expended more hours in a case than she actually did to justify a higher attorney’s fee award
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Ashley by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand and assessed investigative costs of $1,822.20. 

And lastly, as one would suspect, Ashley and her firm fail to mention the misconduct set forth above on their self-serving website at www.goodlaw.com. Apparently, they chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting their future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. September 2023), Ashley practices her so-called brand of law with Goodman Law at 3654 North Power Road in Mesa, Arizona.
