Judge Darren Shull of West Palm Beach, FL; misogynistic loser
Unfortunately, the state of Florida presented Darren Shull with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from the St. Thomas University School of Law.
The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Tony guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.
Several female litigants who were unfortunately enough to have their cases assigned to Darren have claimed that he engaged in the following misconduct.
-
Listened intently to the fathers evidence in martial matters
-
Ignored the evidence provided to him by mothers
-
Trampled on the rights of mothers in favor of fathers
-
Refused to recuse himself from several cases despite his repeated misogynistic conduct in favoring mothers over fathers regardless of the evidence submitted to the court
-
The enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission refused to take any action against Darren regarding at least two complaint filed against him for engaging in a variety of misconduct
-
In one matter, an appellate court ordered that Darren be removed from one case; however, that was an exception despite his well-documented record of bias against mothers
-
The one removal of Darren based on facts of his bias against mothers, was were ignored in the case Nanea Marcial v. David Custin
-
Failed to uphold the impartiality of the judicial system
-
Darren has created a court that is no longer looking out for the wellbeing of the children, but one that actually hurts them
-
Darren has diminished the public confidence in the judiciary
-
Darren’s biased conduct has done injury to the system of government under law
And lastly, hopefully the voters in West Palm Beach will vote to remove Darren from the bench to prevent further injustices being meted out to him in favor of fathers appearing before him to the exclusion of the rights of mothers.
As we speak (ca. September 2023), Darren continues to dispense his so-called idea of jurisprudence as a 15th Circuit Court judge in West Palm Beach, Florida.
