Attorney Glen Work of Tucson, AZ; ethical troll

The state of Texas presented Glen L. Work with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from the University of Tulsa School of Law.

The District 8 Grievance Committee found Glen guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Never responded to numerous calls from several bankruptcy clients
  • The bankruptcy trustee was also unsuccessful in his attempts to contract Glen
  • Clients paid Glen an advanced fee of $2,336.00, which Glen failed to maintain in a trust or escrow account
  • Failed to advise clients of status of their legal matters
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Clients attempted numerous times to contact Glen regarding status of their bankruptcy petition
  • Client’s subsequently discovered that Glen had never filed the bankruptcy petition on their behalf
  • At the time his bankruptcy clients attempted to contact him Glen had relocated to Arizona without providing them any notice
  • Clients paid Glen an advanced fee of $1,800.00, which Glen failed to maintain in a trust or escrow account

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Glenby gifting him with a complimentary stayed 2-year suspension of his law license and was ordered to pay $4,030.85 in investigative costs.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Glen.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Glen and his firm fail to mention the misconduct set forth above on their self-serving website at www.lippmanrecupero.com. Apparently, they chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting their future victim pool.

As speak (ca. September 2023), Bobby practices his so-called brand of law with Lippman Recupero, LLC at 1325 North Wilmot Road in Tucson, Arizona.
