Attorney India Winbush of Homewood, IL; ethical troll

The state of Illinois presented India Noelle Winbush with a law license in 2013 after she graduated from the John Marshall School of Law.

The Disciplinary Commission found India guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Held in contempt by court for failing to appear at multiple scheduled hearings
• Failed timely turn over a client file to new counsel
• Sanctioned by the court for not complying with various court orders (Screw you, said India!)
• Failed to act on client matters in dissolution of marriage matter

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished India by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 90-day suspension of her law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment.

As we speak (ca. September 2023), India practices his so-called brand of law at 18300 Dixie Highway in Homewood, Illinois.
