Attorney Kynesha Adams-Jones of Montgomery, AL; rubber check aficionado

The state of Alabama presented Kynesha L. Adams-Jones with a law license in 2007 after she graduated from Texas Southern University School of Law.

The Alabama State Bar Association found Kynesha guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to safeguard client funds
  • Wrote at least three checks on insufficient funds account (rubber)
  • Improperly deposited earned fees and personal funds into her trust account
  • Made numerous personal payments directly from her trust account
  • Failed to maintain a required general ledger

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Kynesha by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2023), Kynesha practices her so-called brand of law at 122 South Hull Street in Montgomery, Alabama.
