Attorney Phyllis Brooks of Cleveland, OH; ethical elf

The state of Ohio presented Phyllis Elaine Brooks with a law license in 1981 after she graduated from Cleveland State University of Detroit School of Law.

The Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association found Phyllis guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Phyllis!)
• Failed to respond to several email inquiries from ethics investigators
• Failed to respond to phone calls from ethics investigators

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Phyllis by the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oho Supreme Court.
