Attorney Robert Walker Jr. of Mechanicsville, VA; slacker, loser

The state of Virginia presented Robert Edwin Walker Jr. with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from William & Mary University School of Law.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Bobby guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to decline/terminate representation when required to so act
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Ordered to pay $3,500 in restitution to former client (victim)
• Failed to maintain complete records of all funds, securities, and other properties
• of a client coming into his possession
• Failed to render appropriate accountings to the client
• Failed to maintain client ledger with a separate record for each client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2023), Bobby practices his so-called brand of law in Mechanicsville, Virginia.
