Judge John Kelliher Jr. of Bisbee, AZ; condescending loser

The state of Arizona provided John F. Kelliher Jr. Don C. Stevens with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of Arizona School of Law.

The Arizona Commission on Judicial Conduct found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in improper ex part (one-sided) communications
  • Improperly investigated factual matters in pending matter
  • Engaged in unnecessary and demeaning commentary about nonverbal communication, brain development
  • Eroded public confidence in the integrity of the judiciary
  • During a settlement conference in a juvenile matter, Johnny engaged in insulting, demeaning, and unnecessary dialogue with the father
  • The father’s attorney was not able to attend the settlement conference, and the father remained silent until addressed by the judge
  • During the settlement conference Johnny, addressed the father and told him his body language was disrespectful, including the statement “Sit up straight. You’re not at home watching TV on the couch
  • ”When the father replied, “I meant no disrespect, sir,” Johnnysaid “Yeah, well, you’ve communicated it pretty clearly”
  • The father eventually asked permission to leave the courtroom and stated he felt “incredibly disrespected”

As we speak (ca. September 2023), Johnny continues to dispense his so-called idea of jurisprudence as a Cochise County Superior Court Judge in Bisbee, Arizona.
